KZN Legislature Passes Division of Revenue Bill
This morning, KwaZulu-Natal Legislature Speaker Honourable Nontembeko Boyce presided over a Special Sitting of the legislature to pass the Division of Revenue Bill.
The Bill, which provides equitable division of revenue raised nationally among the national, provincial and local spheres of government was unanimously passed by the House.
The Bill has been sent to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) as our Provincial Mandate for voting.
