KWAZULU-NATAL LEGISLATURE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH TRANSHOPE TO HOST INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST HOMOPHOBIA, BIPHOBIA,TRANSPHOBIA AND ALL PHOBIAS
The KwaZulu-Natal Legislature in partnership with Trans Hope under the Speaker’s Social Responsibility will host the International Day Against Homophobia Biphobia Transphobia and all Phobias awareness campaign.
The awareness campaign is to be held as follows:

The International Day Against Homophobia Biphobia Transphobia and all Phobias awareness campaign will be convened under the theme: “Right to Identity”.
IDAHOBIT is an awareness campaign on secondary victimization of Trans and gender diverse individuals within the government institutions. Providing a lived experiences and impact on Trans bodies after being faced with discrimination. This shall insure engagement and provide resolutions on how to ensure government staff are trained on Sexual Orientation Gender Identity Expression and Sexual Characteristics SOGIECS.
