“Now is not the time to mourn. Now is the time to rise and rebuild together,” she said, calling on churches, communities, and government to work hand in hand to restore what has been broken.
“To every church, every faith leader, and every citizen here today I say this: Fill your horn with oil. Let’s walk together, rebuild our province, and restore dignity and justice.”
