KwaZulu-Natal Legislature held its annual Workers Parliament on 29 May 2026 at Greytown Community Centre in Umzinyathi District.
Preceding the main plenary, the delegates to the Workers Parliament participated in commissions where they deliberated on various topics affecting workers. This was in preparation of the debate on the main topic of the Workers Parliament and the resolutions of the session.
Delegates came from four labour federations (COSATU, FEDUSA, SAFTU, NACTU) participated in the session. Members of the Legislature (MPLs), Members of the Provincial Executive Council led by Premier Ntuli attended the session to listen to the issues that were raised by the delegates.
A report on the implementation of resolutions adopted at the 2025 Workers Parliament was delivered by the Premier on behalf of the provincial government.
